Name: |
How'd you get your nickname/what does it mean?:
I needed more E's in my name.
Favorite game to deal:
Buy-A-Hand
Any famous poker players you admire?:
Doyle Brunson, Wild Bill Hickock (*before* he died)
You're playing poker, whatcha drinkin'?:
beer upon beer
Your best played hand ever, that you can remember:
I usually can't remember blow-by-blows too well. Won a mini-tourney with a straight flush once.
Your worst:
Went out of my own tournament first one time. Got drunk and waited around for three hours like a punk.
Who gets your goat at the poker tables? Who would you just love to break at the tables?:
I cannot trap the "Triple M" in tournament play. Maybe someday.
Are you anyone's goat that you know of? Anyone you know that YOU get to and if not anyone you'd like to pester?:
Lots of people say that they can't read me, but they usually only say it before we start playing. I think it's just a way of trying to put me on tilt.
Let's hear your "poker resume'"; Place in any tourney's? Played poker in Vegas or at the Rockford games? You up or down in your poker career?:
Only one public tourney. Took down a 12-man $30 tourney.
Good note to retire on, as I'll never beat that. Private games only for me.
I took 2nd in the July 2004 Triple M Tourney (guess who took first?) and first at Dave's October 2004 mini-tourney to break in his new table (sorry Ed, someone's gotta be #2). Other than that, my specialties seem to be winning pre-tourney satellites and wasting all my luck on those, and leaving in defeat only to find out the next day that my horse won me a sweet sidepot (2004 Fall GEPPI, NPI 2005).
Play online? Where at?:
Never for real money. My wife locked the credit card against this.
Choose your own 'Celebrity Poker Showdown' table of 5 to play with (YOU are the 6th):
Mimi Rogers, Heather Graham, Andrea Parker, Terri Hatcher, and Norm MacDonald
Think you'll ever play at the WSOP and since you'll say YES - is that a *goal* or a dream?:
Gotta find some patrons for my bankroll first.
