| The "Waitress Station" isn't ibviously for a waitress (although that'd be nice!), but actually an area to allow for the rather low basement window. Plus, it serves as a nice pass-through for getting washed glasses over to the back-bar and cases of beer and such. I think its a nice design element too. Giving it a nice commerical quality look. |
