02Bar1a-Before

Here's a pic of the basement bar (I use that term loosely) before we even moved in. I liked the basic footprint but not much else. The "bar" was actually a kitchen counter: Too low and too wide. For a year we made it work by covering it with a blackjack felt and decorating with some of our tiki items. Then... took a sledgehammer to it all, save the cabinets below the sink.
